Cancellation & Refund Policy for the Epic Eden Hot Springs Retreats
POLICY: Due to the pre-payments required for accommodations, materials, staff and food for each participant, there are no refunds or credits offered for partial attendance or no shows. This is a firm policy. Deposits and payments made are non-refundable.
Children @ Epic Eden
Children and families are welcome at the Epic Eden Hot Springs Retreat during most of our retreats. There is no childcare provided and due to the environmental setting, it is necessary that children be supervised by an adult over 18 at ALL times while they are on the land including in the hot springs which has no life guard on duty. There are also no specific programs for children although most children enjoy connecting to nature, the hot springs and participating in some of the workshop and dance class offerings.
Most Epic Eden retreats feature vegetarian cuisine. If your children are not accustomed to this type of food, it is absolutely necessary for you to bring foods to supplement their meals during the Retreat. Due to very limited refrigeration space at Epic Eden, we are unable to provide you with cooling space. Please plan in advance to bring your own coolers for your supplemental foods.
There is no charge for children 3 and under. Children ages 4-8 ~ $144. Children ages 9-12 ~ $288. If you are coming as a family, please contact us to discuss a family rate.
Self Responsibility
WARNING: This experience is for those who take responsibility for themselves and embrace the opportunity to expand their beliefs, dissolve limited thinking and awaken their heart to vibrant health and radiant living. Those who tend to complain, blame others and fear life will find this experience to be outside their natural comfort zone.

You will experience all natural highs just being on the land, in nature, feasting on organic foods, embracing inspirational content, consciously moving your body, participating in sacred ceremonies, splashing in the healing waters, expanding your spirit and being with conscious community.
